About CP Mechanical LLC

CP Mechanical is owned by Claudio Penaloza and run from a downtown Yakima office. We install and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits, and we do licensed electrical work, for homes and businesses across the Yakima Valley. This page is the company in the same format we use on the units: a dated line, then what was done.

The sticker
Our red-and-white sticker keeps the log on the door.
It reads Heating & Air Conditioning Services, Commercial and Residential, with Licensed, Bonded, Insured underneath and our phone number and email below that. The lower half is a ruled table with two columns: the date, and the service performed with the technician signature.
The point is simple. The next technician, or the owner of the house in ten years, can open the furnace closet and read what was done and when, without hunting for a receipt. The same habit is why the rest of this site is laid out in ruled rows.
